It’s National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.
Ovarian Cancer has seen some of the least diagnostic progress of any cancer over the last several decades .
Im sharing my story to Help Raise Awareness, Offer Support & Let you know your not alone 🩵

Roughly 16 months ago I was on the mend from major surgery.
During that time I started to have many bladder infections & feeling uncomfortable pressure.
Antibiotics were not working,after numerous talks with my DC ,the words. “ You know Women you’re age suffer bladder issues & it wouldn’t hurt if you lost 20Ils “
That was it 😡for me and I insisted on a Ultrasound. Dc “ okay if it will ease your mind.
My diagnosis Inoperable High-Grade Serous Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer.
I want to remind everyone to listen to their bodies, trust their instincts & be proactive about changes it can save your life.
Going through treatment was the hardest thing Ive ever done .
If your in treatment at present , take 1 hr at a time , understand that fatigue is not the same as being tired, the severity of side effects will vary day to day and you are stronger then you think.
Today Im on Oral Chemotherapy to keep Cancer at bay its a daily choice to keep fighting and a constant balancing act of side effects .
We are all on the same path in this together .
There is no Luck , Winners or Losers with Cancer , each Cancer & Body it’s in is different and responds differently to treatment
We need to Share and Keep Raising Awareness it will save lives 🩵.
