Most people when planning a sunny holiday make a checklist and SPF / sunscreen is a travel essential right?
I get asked regularly "what sunscreen should I take on holiday" and I always reply with "what's your daily spf routine" ..
Most of my clients do not use a daily SPF, those of us living in northern climates have the misconception that sun screen is for warm sunny weather and that is just incorrect.

The rule for spf is this - Do you have skin ? Yes? Well you need SPF daily no matter the weather or the temperature. SPF EVERY DAY.

The best anti aging routine is a preventive one.
