Position 1
We are looking for a Journeyman / Woman Carpenter to join our fast growing construction team!
- Must be willing to work with and train apprentice carpenters and able to sign off on hours
- Must have minimum 5 years construction experience
- All carpentry skills preferred (framing, finishing etc)
- Must be willing to do other tasks like demo, painting, drywall etc
- Must be punctual
- Have a great attention for detail
- Wanting to grow within the company
- Must have own basic tools
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- Must be able to work on their own or in a group
- Must have Class 5 drivers license
- Must be able to pass criminal record check
- Must have own vehicle and valid insurance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Benefit Package
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Position 2

Experienced Construction Technician to join our team for a full time, permanent role both in residential and commercial work.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Service work including minor woodwork (finishing), painting, drywall repairs, door and hardware installation, lighting changes, minor plumbing repairs, painting etc.
- Must be an experienced general handyman/woman
- Delivery of site supplies and tools as required
- Assist construction team on large projects as needed
- Interior and exterior work conditions
- Can be a 3rd or 4th year apprentice carpenter to gain experience
- Must be a self starter with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a vehicle and valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
This role requires an individual with a minimum of 5 years construction experience. Successful candidate will be extremely well organized, detail oriented and a fast learner. Excellent customer service and time management skills are a must.
Monday to Friday with some on call/overtime as needed.

About the Company:
We are a family owned and operated business serving Edmonton and the surrounding area since 2014. Our Building Operations Division manages over two million square feet of commercial space and our Construction Division manages commercial and residential renovations, both small and large.
In addition to commercial and residential renovations, we also provide building maintenance services to our clients.

Position Duties Include:
Residential and Commercial:
- Demolition
- Framing (wood and steel)
- Finishing / Trimwork
- Drywall
- Minor Plumbing (changing sink/faucet/toilet)
- Minor Electrical (changing lights/switches/plugs)

Qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Carpenter
- Renovation Experience
- 5 years construction experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Own basic hand tools and basic power tools (specialty tools are provided)
- Must be willing to travel to job sites (mileage is paid for)

House to Highrise is Growing Again! We are a small, family operated Maintenance and Construction Company.

We are currently looking to fill General Handyman / Handywoman position with our fast paced Construction team. Someone with a minimum 3 years as a Construction Tradesperson or as a General Handyman / Handywoman.

Duties will include a variety of jobs including drywall repairs, painting, minor plumbing repairs, cabinetry repairs installation, demolition. Work will be interior and exterior.

Must be a self starter and can work alone. Must have own class 5 drivers license and a reliable vehicle either truck or van (mileage reimbursed). Must be able to pass a criminal record check

Basic hand tools required.
