Laundry rooms don't get much attention. They probably should.
Sliding doors on both sides; close them and the washer, dryer and sink wall disappear.
Sweater drying racks pull out on the right, so knits dry flat instead of hanging over a door somewhere. Corian counter, folded linen storage above, full height cabinetry down both walls, and a place for everything in between.

Colour matched aluminum screen panels instead of glass to hide what's in the cabinet without closing it off completely, and the components behind them still get air.
Everything painted Benjamin Moore Iron Mountain, top to bottom, so the whole wall reads as one piece with Hopewell honey bronze bar pulls.
The fireplace was already there. We just built around it.

The coffee station tucks away behind pocket doors, so the counter goes back to being a counter when you're done with it.
White on the uppers, charcoal below with royal gold hardware accents.
Countertop, waterfall island and full height backsplash are Calacatta Georgia quartz from Di Pietra Design.
The herringbone hood cover isn't ours, but it's the best thing in the room.

A charming bathroom in Erin that came together nicely.
The vanity is built by us, painted in Sherwin-Williams Dew Drop. We supplied the counter and backsplash in Caesarstone Alpine Mist, and the shower niche pieces came from the same slab so the stone carries through the room.
The V-groove wainscotting is ours too. We milled it and sent it out ready for paint.

Most of the stress in a renovation comes from not knowing what happens next, or when, or what it's going to cost before you're already committed. So here's ours, all six steps.
The one worth knowing: we don't invoice the balance until the install is done and you're happy with it. Deposit up front, nothing more until it's finished and right.

A few of the people we've built for this year, and what they had to say about it.
Sandra in Caledon is on her sixth project with us, with another one starting. Jillian in Hillsburgh had us do four rooms during her renovation. Rebecca's bar cabinet in Toronto and making sure everything was perfect. Glenn and Donna's kitchen in Milton was a straight run, start to finish.
Different houses, different budgets, different problems to solve. We're grateful for all of them.

Four cabinets here. None of them are what they look like.➡
First one's a panel wall until you open it. Coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, all of it lives in there. The doors slide back into the case so they aren't hanging open in your way while you're making breakfast. White oak, custom stain, Erin.
Second one's the fridge. Same door as the rest of that wall, so it disappears into the run. That's Chris, our installer, for scale.
Third is a wardrobe. Two painted doors, and behind them six birch drawers with adjustable shelving over top. Also Erin, different house.
Last one's a bookcase. It's also a door. Push it and there's a staircase behind it, in Hillsburgh. We built the door. Simon Jones Contracting built the stairs.
Half of what we do is hiding things people would rather not look at.
Which one would you put in your place?

Whole condo, five rooms. 🏠
Kitchen, living room wall unit, bathroom vanity, laundry, and a desk and wardrobe in the bedroom.
Same material in all of it: Egger laminate in Natural Kendal Oak.
The mirror cabinets are the part we'd point at first. Shallow, push to open, no hardware on them anywhere. The LED sits routed into the bottom of the cabinet so it throws light down the tile instead of into your face.
No handles in the kitchen either. Every door and drawer is touch latch, so the panels run right up the wall with nothing breaking the grain.
The living room wall had a thermostat and two air registers we weren't allowed to move.
Counters are Caesarstone Calacatta Stillstorm, kitchen and bathroom both, and it's the kitchen backsplash too.
