The meeting will be 40 minutes and during this meeting we will provide a financial update and details on all road maintenance activities that have occurred or are planned for 2021.
We are also notifying all members of the Association of the Election of the Board of Directors. The two year term for the existing Directors is expiring and we are calling for nominations for the Board of Directors.
As per our Constitution, the Board of Directors shall be elected by the members at the Annual Meeting once every two years.
There shall be a minimum of 6 Directors (up to 10 maximum) including a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Road Manager.
All active members of the Association are eligible and we welcome all volunteers for these positions.

Our Road Manager, Bob Colbear, wants you to know that he has written to both our Counsellor and the Mayor requesting that the area be declared a disaster area. This may assist the mayor in his current bid to get assistance for the residents from the Municipal Disaster Recovery Assistance Program.
