How 4-Way Pressure Clamps Keep Big Countertop Glue-Ups Flat!
Wide solid wood glue-ups can easily buckle under pressure if you don't control the top and bottom faces.
Danny gives a quick look at the 4-way equal pressure clamping system we use in the shop. By mounting bracket blocks to straight wood cauls, the linkage pulls the boards tight together while simultaneously clamping down across the top and bottom to keep everything dead flat.

Raising Bar Stool Heights for a Local Smokehouse!
What do you do when your bar stools are slightly too short for a new bar top? You build custom risers! We used our CNC to cut wooden spacer plates matching the exact stool frame contours for a local smokehouse. After sanding and finishing, they bolted directly under the seats—adding the perfect height without sacrificing stability or style.

Basement Nook Bar & A Flood Recovery!

Busy day for the install crew! First up was transforming an awkward, underutilized basement nook into a compact custom bar complete with matching half-wall paneling, bottle storage drawers, and floating shelves.

Next, we headed to a unique job for an existing client. Their basement flooded, but their 5-to-10-year-old Bar Store custom pub survived completely untouched! They brought us in to uninstall and reinstall the entire setup so new flooring could be installed safely.

It just goes to show—when you build custom cabinetry right, it stands the test of time! Check out the Spanish cedar humidor cabinet and keg tap setup on this build.

How do you tackle a 25-foot custom bar top? With smart engineering!

For this commercial build, we designed custom interlocking joints that bolt together tightly from underneath with silicone—completely eliminating ugly, visible seam gaps.

In the spray booth, we brought out the rough-sawn wood texture using a Dark Umber stain, followed by sealer, sanding, and multiple coats of matte post-cat lacquer to withstand heavy restaurant use.
