Two details to review with your client:

• All Surya cut & sew rugs will be finished with nylon serging—including wool rugs. For new orders, customers will receive a finishing reference photo for sign-off acknowledging the nylon edge finish.

• The cut & sew material may differ from the standard rug sample you have on your showroom floor. We recommend ordering the cut & sew sample for the product you’re considering before placing the rug order.

A sample first helps everyone know what to expect.
