Good food makes family gatherings even better. 🥕'

For your Thanksgiving table, these Maple Roasted Carrots are a simple way to add warmth and flavour without spending hours in the kitchen.

Elite Kitchens and Bathrooms wishes all our customers, friends, and families a happy Thanksgiving. May your holiday be filled with delicious food and time well spent together! 🍁

Maple Roasted Carrots:
⏱️ Prep Time: 5 minutes
🔥 Cook Time: 25–30 minutes
⏰ Total Time: 30–35 minutes
🍽️ Servings: 4

Ingredients:
6 large carrots
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
Small pinch cayenne pepper, optional
3–4 sprigs fresh rosemary, optional
Fresh chopped parsley, for serving, optional

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 205°C.
2. Wash and trim the carrots, then slice them lengthwise. If your carrots are especially thick, cut them into quarters so they cook evenly.
3. Arrange the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
4. Stir together the olive oil and maple syrup. Drizzle the mixture over the carrots and toss until they are evenly coated.
5. Season with sea salt and a small pinch of cayenne, if you'd like a little heat. Tuck the rosemary sprigs around the carrots.
6. Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning the carrots about halfway through. They're ready when they're tender and beginning to caramelize around the edges.
7. Transfer the roasted carrots to a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
