Remember that an organized house has a tendency to appear to have more space than a disorganized house. Take the time to organize, it will pay off in the end.

Candles and aromas are great, for some, but NOTHING smells better than clean!

Also, remember - some potential buyers viewing your home may be sensitive to smells. Candles and aromas may not get your house a fair chance with them.

Although it doesn’t seem like a big deal make sure all your lightbulbs are the same - either cool or warm.

Hi! Let me introduce myself and tell you a few things about me and my business. As you join tell me a little about yourself.

My name is Sabrina Donahue and I live in Lethbridge, Alberta.

I am passionate about houses......a hobby of mine is looking at house listings in the evening, even though I am not in the market for a new house 🤷‍♀️

We sold 2 houses in less than 2 years in a tight real estate market, and I did not come to Alberta (stayed in NB) and did all of my part of the house search via the internet

I have worked as a buyer, and believe that the qualities that sold companies to me there can be translated to what sells the buyer on a particular house

I want to help people see their house from the buyer’s eye (see what I did there 😉), make showings and open houses less painful to prepare for and make their first impression to the buyer memorable for all of the right reasons
