The X-Line chair by the Danish designer Niels Jørgen Haugesen is an iconic design that first appeared on the market in 1977. Throughout the years, there have been two different models manufactured by Hybodan. This one is known as the Nuova X-Line; it doesn’t have the X bracing rods under the seats, which allows for an easier stacking.

This little-known design is one of the best examples of Canadian postmodern lighting from the 1980s. The Gio collection was designed by Jacques Legendre for the defunct Montreal manufacturer Clic. Its surprising combination of materials blends into a minimalist form with beautiful details.

Often misattributed as the “Québec 69” chair by Les Amisca, this design is in fact the mythical Spider chair manufactured in the 1980s by Amisco. Sculptural and expressive, the chair’s metal frame has a spider-like form, hence the name. In mint condition.
