I’m looking for some advice on how to finish rainbow (mineral stained) poplar. I have 2 lovely pieces and I want to save as much colour as possible without it turning brown.
I have been making some very beautiful and stunning live edge pieces out of my shop in Ottawa.

A couple of crib boards made from James Madison’s Montpelier walnut. These grew on a National historic site!

Thanks to friends in Kemptville who found a home for these mahogany puppies! Burned ash legs and frame.

Here's the newest creation from Canadian Live Edge, a pair of Ambrosia Maple end tables. The turquoise inlay in the walnut console table makes this a piece of art meeting nature.
