Once again, May was a busy month for PGI. Research activities continue, mainly on the implications of system thinking, living system theory and human systems on public administration. This will lead to publications in the weeks to come.

The new approach to PGI participation in the IOG Executive Leadership Program, described in our last Newsletter, was successfully implemented.

Public Governance International (PGI) is a Canadian-based company dedicated to building the capacity of public organisations and public institutions to face the challenges of serving in the 21st century. PGI is led by the Hon. Jocelyne Bourgon, former clerk of the Privy Council and Secretary to the Cabinet. Ms. Bourgon is also the leader of the New Synthesis Initiative (NS), a multi-country research and learning initiative dedicated to preparing government for the challenges that lay ahead.
