A little something different! A beach inspired child's nightstand. Here's the before and after shots in collage form! What do you think? Do you like it presented this way?

Everybody loves something for free! LOL

So here they are, those dressers that you saw last week, all redone and ready to be rehomed! I painted them from Black to white, (or white to black, your choice!) and added a subtle damask stencil on the sides of both. They are completely and utterly unique. I think they turned out exceptionally well, and they are now up for sale on the Artisans Market.

Up on my workbench this week (so to speak) are my 2nd and 3rd pieces of the new year! My first piece is already drying... You'll see it when I post pictures of all 3 finished pieces later this week.

If you've been wondering what's keeping me busy this week, (besides Christmas with family and friends) here it is. Made in a similar fashion to a chest I did a few weeks ago, I went with a very subtle look. All black with weathered steel hardware, but with a surprise on the sides, a distinct but subtle damask brocade pattern, created in different sheens. The drawers slide smoothly and the stands measure 23 inches tall, 22 inches wide, and 15 inches deep. Delivery is available and I accept cash, Electronic Transfers, or credit cards through Paypal. Among all the sign making and furniture painting I've been doing this week I found the time to do this cute little bench. It's back to it's home tonight, so I snapped a few pictures to show you! The client and I both love how it turned out! It was a challenge to paint it, but keep the authentic chippy look, and crackled paint. But I'm happy to say I did it!
