Modern furniture and millwork designer from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada We source and mill many of our own materials from locally salvaged logs.

West Coast Modern Designs works in all materials, often juxtaposing sleek industrially manufactured materials like steel with fully figured, natural, and salvaged woods that come from Vancouver Island and the surrounding areas. WCMD designs and builds custom furniture, for homes and commercial spaces. Projects include tables, seating, interior barn doors, storage solutions, cabinetry, millwork, railings, and mantles. We also offer consulting on design and project management for larger projects. We create both custom one of a kind pieces, as well as short run production furniture.
