We’re honoured to welcome The Buffalo Boys to District Fest!

A traditional First Nations drum group that began in the hallways of Mother Teresa Middle School, The Buffalo Boys bring their own unique style of singing and original music to the stage. Through their performances, they share the powerful sound, energy and traditions of Indigenous drumming with audiences throughout the community.

Based right here in Regina and led by Artistic Director Shannon Gabrush, Tavria brings the heart and spirit of Ukrainian culture to the stage through every step, spin and stomp. With vibrant choreography, authentic costumes and more than five decades of tradition behind them, Tavria has proudly shared Ukrainian culture on stages across Saskatchewan and Canada.

Regina’s newest Irish dance academy, The Beach Academy is led by one of the city’s longest-standing, most experienced and successful Irish dancers. The academy is passionate about providing exceptional Irish dance instruction while inspiring a love for Irish culture, tradition and community.

With classes for dancers of all experience levels ages 4 and up — including adults — they’re helping a new generation discover the energy and excitement of Irish dance!
