👥 Notre équipe a doublé en un an
🏗️ Nous avons lancé un important projet d’agrandissement manufacturier
⚙️ Nous avons investi dans de nouveaux équipements plus performants
📍 Nous avons poursuivi notre croissance avec l’ouverture d’une nouvelle usine à Bathurst, où 20 nouveaux emplois ont été créés
⏰ Nous avons continué d’investir dans notre équipe, notamment avec l’ajout de 40 heures de congé flex pour nos employés à temps plein

Ce sont de 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐞́𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬 pour AGB.

En janvier dernier, notre usine de Bathurst ouvrait officiellement ses portes.

Quelques mois plus t**d, la gang s’est réunie pour une première activité d’équipe sur l’eau chez Chaleur Paddle Shack!

Une journée pour décrocher, rire et apprendre à se connaître autrement.

On est contents de voir cette nouvelle équipe prendre forme, puis fiers de tout ce qui se bâtit déjà à Bathurst.

On ne fait que commencer. Et si cette première activité donne le ton pour la suite… ça promet!

Le meilleur est à venir. ❤️🩶🤍🖤

Last January, our Bathurst facility officially opened its doors.

A few months later, the crew got together for its first team activity on the water!

A day to unwind, have a few laughs and get to know each other outside of work.

We’re happy to see this new team coming together and proud of everything already taking shape in Bathurst.

We’re just getting started. And if this first outing sets the tone for what’s ahead… things are looking good!
