Like you, my time is very valuable and while I enjoy doing custom work it's important to me that if you order a custom piece that you follow through with payment. Occasionally I have custom requests that are completed but then no response once they are ready. this takes away from my family time and I know you can all relate that there is never enough of that! All of my products are guaranteed and if for any reason if something breaks or comes apart please contact me for repairs or a new one.
