It was a busy week at the garden, but I couldn’t let Canadian Flowers Week 🌻 pass without creating something to celebrate Canadian grown flowers.

I’m a big Lucy Maud Montgomery fan so I created a bouquet inspired by her love of flowers and one of Canada’s most loved books, Anne of Green Gables.

I chose the colours with Anne and Green Gables in mind: greens and whites for the house, and little touches of orange to represent Anne’s hair.

What do you think, would Anne approve?

🌸 YOGA IN THE BLOOMS IS BACK! 🌸

Join us Saturday, August 15th at 8:00 AM for a beautiful morning of yoga and flowers.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga with Krista Hickey — an all-levels, gentle practice designed to help you slow down, breathe, stretch and move mindfully.

🌼 Followed by a U-Pick! After yoga, take a leisurely walk through the garden and pick your own beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers to take home.

$25 per person — yoga + flower U-Pick
