We're celebrating the season at Northeast Appliance Plus on the Napoleon® grill with this unique Smoke Roasted Beef Short Ribs recipe, perfect for any family gathering. Details below:

Ingredients

4 beef short ribs
Salt to taste
1 bunch fresh rosemary, minced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 cups beef stock
Optional, wh**ky oak smoking chips or chunks

Method

1. Preheat your Napoleon® gas or charcoal grill to 300°F. Prepare to use indirect grilling methods and set up your favorite smoking method.
2. Separate the ribs into individual bones if not already done. Then, trim the beef short ribs of any extra fat and silverskin.
3. Rub the ribs with salt, fresh rosemary, garlic, and black pepper.
4. Set the beef ribs away from the heat above a drip tray with 1½ cups of beef stock. Put the remaining stock into a spray bottle.
5. Smoke the beef ribs for 1.5-2 hours, spritzing with the stock every 30-45 minutes.
6. Wrap the ribs in foil and continue cooking until an internal temperature of 205°F. Remove from heat and rest.
7. Serve on a bed of mashed potatoes, top with your favourite gravy, and pair with your favorite seasonal sides.

Bring home a Napoleon® grill from Northeast Appliance Plus and discover what year-round barbecuing is all about.

Hello valued Customers!

Due to the tremendous amount of courier parcels coming into the depot and the amount of time that it takes to sort and call - we have made the decision to NO LONGER CALL the customers as parcels arrive.

We request that you track your parcels on the carrier sites - UPS, Purolator, FEDex, BNI (Post Media) DHL, etc
To know if your parcel has arrived, or check the site that you have ordered on for updates.

We understand that this will be a change as we have spent 12 years notifying you when your parcel has arrived, however due to the large increase of online shopping and parcels coming through the store all near the end of day - it is taking from the primary business customers.

We are happy to receive and hold your parcels still, simply please try to pick up in a timely manner.

**Medical parcels will still get calls*
