I personally prefer the natural look of rattan but if your home has a modern aesthetic, you can definitely go for the metal baskets.

Let’s talk about shoe organization. Keeping these articles of clothing organized makes them easy to find and prevents damage. A few tips to get you started.

1. Go through all your shoes and sort by usage or seasons, then count.

2. Clean, polish and repair as needed.

3. Purchase organizers (racks, cubbies, etc.) depending on number of shoes and style and then arrange shoes on them.

4. Consider unique storage spaces like over-the-door, under-the-bed, etc if your closet is full.
