I’m very pleased to announce that effective November 5th that Kison has been promoted to Project Lead at OLAP Solutions.

Over the past 2 years as a Consultant, Kison has consistently ensured that client satisfaction was a top priority by implementing quality results, resolving issues quickly and working on tight timelines to ensure projects were completed on time and on budget. Now, he is going to bring his knowledge and experience to ensuring each assigned project is successful by continuing to provide the highest levels of client satisfaction, owning the client experience from the project beginning and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.

I’m very pleased to announce that effective November 5th that Satya has been promoted to *Implementation Manager* at OLAP Solutions.

In the past 3 years, first as a Consultant and more recently as a Project Lead, Satya has been instrumental in the company’s growth by consistently delivering excellent implementation results as well as achieving the highest level of client satisfaction. Now, he is going to bring his knowledge and experience to managing projects, allocating resources and working as a project lead when required.

Effective immediately Satya will be ultimately responsible for _all_ Xcelerate client implementations and ongoing support.
