"Buy it for looks, buy it for life"(mainly because it looks good but we are not taking anything back ever...you bought it for life)
Let's keep it short and sweet to get the message across.
1. Purchased two faucets years ago directly from the same warehouse. We used to line up in the freezing cold every year for their sales.
2. Was going in for my "cartridge" which seems like a yearly occurrence and has always been free over the counter.
3. Both of the faucets were in such decay I brought them in individual zip lock bags to show the customer service reps first hand.
4. First I was told they wouldn't even look at it because I never bought them from Moen direct? Such a silly statement when I bet 99% of your customers can't or haven't. Keep in mind I did buy from them directly.
5. I was then told it was too old and warehouse sales were never warrantied. Tell that to the hundreds that stood in your line every year. I bet had we been informed of such a silly statement there would be no line.
6. Didn't even walk with cartridges, mins you they would be useless because the faucets were so bad.
7. After all this, I inquired about partial credit to something off their wall. I basically was laughed at and agreed home depot would be my next stop.
I went to home Depot and got the garbage glacier throwaway bays. I guess glacier Bay probably has the same slogan...
