How can a metal chair look more like real wood? 👀

Most wood grain metal chairs still look artificial because the grain is painted in straight lines, while natural wood has knots, pores, and flowing patterns.

Yumeya upgraded its wood grain technology to Aluwood 2.0. It can reproduce the grain eyes and cathedral patterns commonly seen in natural oak. 🌳

In the workshop, the PCM Machine ⚙️ molds each chair separately. The wood grain paper is cut to a standard size and applied in the same direction as the grain.

When the texture becomes more realistic, the metal frame acquires a vitality comparable to that of natural wood. ✨
