We have been quiet on here as we have had to move the whole team over to customer support during quarantine times in both Shanghai & Beijing.

During this silent period the amount of encouraging messages, filled with love and support made the hardest days a little bit easier. Thank you to everyone who reached out ❤️

We are still doing daily contactless handovers to make sure pets are in safe hands while pet owners face quarantine. A lot of us have been in lockdown for 30, 40 or even 50+ days. Contact us if you have a pet and need a plan. Stay strong! We are in this together! Xx

DOGA (dog yoga) is one of our most popular activities and what used to be a fun way to get pet owners together offline has now turned into a healthy distraction for pets and owners online. We are so happy we could bring a little peace of mind to pet owners during this lockdown.Stay tuned for the next one the first weekend of June! 🐾

Shanghai Residents on a Mission to Save Vulnerable Pets A team of Shanghai pet lovers has banded together to save animals left behind due to quarantine regulations.

We have been helping navigate pet parents the best we can through this pandemic since it started in 2019. We have scaled buildings, climbed through windows, worked with community managers and did whatever we could in our power to make sure all the animals in our care during the first lock down were safe but the first time around we were learning.

Now with first hand experience, support groups and pet owners coming together we can all help each other be prepared for the worse case scenario, as when things happen, they happen fast.
