Our Apartment House was built in 1906 in pseudo-renaissance style and it is situated in a calmer part of the city center of Prague. The location on the Vltava river bank offers stunning view of many important sights as the Charles Bridge, Dancing House, the National Theatre of Vyšehrad. Modern, bright and spacious apartments have well-equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom. Design of the apartments combines historic elements as pseudo-renaissance stucco with modern furnishings. The hall is decorated in Art Noveau style. The apartment house has 26 beautiful apartments and many of them have also balcony or terrace. There is a pleasant park with a playground and the famous Dancing House is less than 2 minutes walking. There are plenty of restaurant and caffés in the neighborhood. The nearest tram stop (Arbesovo náměstí) is 450m from our house and the underground station Anděl is situated only 700m from the building.
