🌍 Weltpremiere in Ulm: TÜV SÜD setzt als Erster auf MAST 2.0!

Ein besonderer Moment für uns und die ADAS-Prüftechnologie: Im neuen Technischen Trainings Center von TÜV SÜD in Ulm wurde erstmals weltweit unser neuester Prüfstand installiert.

Mit dem MAST 2.0 haben wir ein Prüfverfahren geschaffen, mit dem sich moderne Assistenzsysteme und Fahrfunktionen realitätsnah überprüfen lassen.

Für uns ist diese erste Installation ein großer, wichtiger Schritt und zugleich eine starke Bestätigung unserer Entwicklungsarbeit. Umso mehr freut es uns, künftig Teil dieser neuen Ausbildungsumgebung zu sein.

Wir bedanken uns bei TÜV SÜD für das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen und gratulieren herzlich zur Eröffnung des neuen Trainings Centers!

🌍 World premiere in Ulm: TÜV SÜD becomes the first to adopt MAST 2.0!

A special moment for us and for ADAS testing technology: Our latest test system has now been installed for the first time outside our own research and development facilities – at the new Technical Training Center of TÜV SÜD in Ulm.

With MAST 2.0, we have developed a testing method that enables advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and automated driving functions to be tested under realistic conditions.

For us, this first installation marks a major step forward and provides strong validation of our development work. We are all the more pleased to see our technology become part of this new training environment.

We would like to thank TÜV SÜD for the trust they have placed in us and warmly congratulate them on the opening of their new Technical Training Center!

Die Fahrzeuge auf Europas Straßen verändern sich.
Und mit dem geplanten Roadworthiness Package der EU stehen wichtige Weichenstellungen für die europäische Fahrzeugprüfung zur Diskussion.

Genau dafür bot die CITA RAG Europe Conference vergangene Woche in Vilnius eine wertvolle Plattform. Wir waren vor Ort, denn neue gesetzliche Anforderungen sind nur eine Seite der Entwicklung. Entscheidend ist, wie sie sich künftig technisch umsetzen und in bestehende Prozesse integrieren lassen.

Denn neue Anforderungen müssen nicht nur sinnvoll sein, sondern auch unter realen Bedingungen zuverlässig und wirtschaftlich umgesetzt werden können. Wie wichtig der Blick in die Praxis dabei ist, zeigte der Besuch einer neuen Prüfstelle von TUV NORD Lietuva, UAB, die vollständig mit unserer Technik ausgestattet ist.

Vehicles on Europe's roads are changing.

And with the EU's proposed Roadworthiness Package, important decisions about the future of vehicle inspection in Europe are now under discussion.

The CITA RAG Europe Conference in Vilnius last week provided a valuable platform for these discussions. We were there because new regulatory requirements are only one side of the equation. What matters is how they can be implemented technically and integrated into existing inspection processes.

After all, new requirements must not only make sense in theory but also be implemented reliably and cost-effectively under real-world operating conditions. The importance of this practical perspective was highlighted by a visit to a new inspection station operated by TUV NORD Lietuva, UAB, fully equipped with MAHA testing technology.

Ein Blick in die Zukunft der Fahrzeugprüfung und Werkstatttechnik! ⚡

Mit einem Elektrofahrzeuganteil von 32 % am gesamten Pkw-Bestand zählt Norwegen zu den Vorreitern der Elektromobilität und ist für uns ein wichtiger Markt, um zukünftige Anforderungen an Werkstätten und Prüforganisationen frühzeitig zu erkennen.

Gemeinsam mit unserem Partner AutoMateriell AS durften wir die norwegische Prüforganisation NAF zu einem spannenden Austausch begrüßen. 🤝

Im Mittelpunkt standen die Digitalisierung der Fahrzeugprüfung mit CONNECT, aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Scheinwerfer- und Partikelmesstechnik sowie neue Anforderungen durch die Elektromobilität – insbesondere in der Batterie- und Isolationsdiagnostik sowie der Hebetechnik.

Live-Demonstrationen unserer Lösungen MAST und MAIA boten zudem die Gelegenheit, konkrete Einsatzmöglichkeiten in Prüf- und Werkstattprozessen zu diskutieren.

A look into the future of vehicle inspection and workshop technology! ⚡

With electric vehicles accounting for over 32% of all passenger cars on the road, Norway is a pioneer in electromobility and an important market for understanding the future needs of workshops and vehicle inspection organizations.

Together with our partner AutoMateriell AS, we were pleased to welcome the Norwegian vehicle inspection organization NAF for insightful discussions. 🤝

Key topics included digitalizing vehicle inspections with CONNECT, developments in headlight and particle number testing, and new requirements driven by electromobility – particularly in battery and insulation testing, as well as vehicle lifting technology.

Live demonstrations of our MAST and MAIA solutions also provided an opportunity to explore their potential applications in vehicle inspection and workshop operations.

Von der Theorie in die Praxis – gemeinsam mit MAHA! 🎓

Drei Studierende, zwei Semester und ein spannendes Praxisprojekt: Das sind die Eckdaten unserer Zusammenarbeit mit dem Masterstudiengang „Technisches Innovations- und Produktmanagement“ der Hochschule Kempten. Als Praxispartner stellen wir nicht nur die Projektaufgabe, sondern begleiten die drei Studierenden auch während des Projekts bis Juli nächsten Jahres – und das abteilungsübergreifend, unter anderem mit Kollegen aus den Bereichen Produktmanagement und Produktentwicklung.

Im Mittelpunkt des praxisnahen, interdisziplinären Studiengangs steht der gesamte Innovationsprozess technischer Produkte – von der ersten Idee bis zum ausgearbeiteten Konzept. Ähnlich ist auch die Projektarbeit aufgebaut: Nachdem wir MAHA und die Projektaufgabe vorgestellt haben, geht es für die drei Studierenden nun an Recherche, Analyse und Lösungsfindung, bevor daraus ein Produktkonzept mit entsprechendem Business Case entsteht.

Wir freuen uns auf die Zusammenarbeit und sind gespannt, welche Ideen in den kommenden Monaten entstehen. Und wer weiß – vielleicht geben wir auf unseren Kanälen ab und an den einen oder anderen Einblick in den Projektfortschritt. 👀

From theory to practice – together with MAHA! 🎓

Three students, two semesters, and an exciting hands-on project: These are the key facts behind our collaboration with the Master's degree program in “Technical Innovation and Product Management” at Kempten University of Applied Sciences.
As an industry partner, we not only provide the project assignment but also support the three students throughout the project until July next year. This involves collaboration across several departments, including colleagues from Product Management and Product Development.

The practice-oriented, interdisciplinary degree program focuses on the entire innovation process for technical products – from the initial idea to the finalized concept. The project follows a similar approach: After introducing MAHA and presenting the project assignment, the three students are now moving on to research, analysis, and developing potential solutions before turning these into a product concept with a corresponding business case.

We look forward to working together and are excited to see what ideas emerge over the coming months. And who knows – maybe we’ll share the occasional glimpse into the project’s progress on our channels. 👀

Vergangene Woche durften wir die Mitglieder des Kuratoriums der Hochschule Kempten zur 3. Sitzung des Gremiums bei uns in Haldenwang begrüßen.

Das Kuratorium vereint Persönlichkeiten aus Wirtschaft, Politik und Gesellschaft, die die Hochschule mit ihrer Erfahrung und ihrem Wissen unterstützen. Mit dabei ist auch unser Geschäftsführer Dr. Peter Geigle, der sich als Mitglied des Gremiums für den Austausch zwischen Hochschule und Praxis engagiert.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the members of the Board of Trustees of Kempten University of Applied Sciences at our headquarters in Haldenwang for the board’s third meeting.

The Board of Trustees brings together representatives from business, politics, and society who support the university with their knowledge and experience. Among them is our CEO, Dr. Peter Geigle, who, as a member of the board, is committed to strengthening the exchange between academia and industry.

MAHA auf der Neimcke GmbH & Co KG Hausmesse in Traunstein!

Am 10. und 11. Oktober 2026 fand die Werkstattmesse unseres langjährigen Partners Neimcke statt.
Mit rund 3.000 Besuchenden bot die Veranstaltung eine hervorragende Plattform, um unsere Produkte und Neuheiten einem breiten Fachpublikum zu präsentieren.

Im Mittelpunkt standen der persönliche Austausch mit den Besuchern, die Vorstellung unserer Lösungen für den Werkstattalltag sowie interessante Gespräche mit bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden.

Das große Interesse an unseren Produkten und die zahlreichen Begegnungen vor Ort haben einmal mehr gezeigt, wie wichtig solche Veranstaltungen für den direkten Dialog zwischen Hersteller, Handel und Anwendern sind.

🤝 Ein besonderer Dank gilt der Firma Neimcke für die Einladung, die ausgezeichnete Organisation und die vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit. Ebenso bedanken wir uns bei allen Besucherinnen und Besuchern für das große Interesse und die vielen anregenden Gespräche.

On October 10 and 11, 2026, our long-standing partner Neimcke held its trade show in Traunstein.
With approximately 3,000 visitors, the event provided an excellent platform for presenting our products and new offerings to a broad audience of industry professionals.

The main focus was on personal interaction with visitors, presenting our solutions for everyday workshop operations, and engaging in interesting discussions with existing and potential customers.

Von Südkorea ins Allgäu – mit einem gemeinsamen Ziel 🤝

Vergangene Woche durften wir eine Delegation der Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) bei uns in Haldenwang begrüßen – und das aus konkretem Anlass: Gemeinsam arbeiten wir an der Entwicklung fortschrittlicher ADAS-Testlösungen auf Basis des MAST und leisten damit einen Beitrag zur Zukunft der Fahrzeugprüfung und Sicherheitsbewertung.

Dabei ging es nicht nur um den aktuellen Stand des gemeinsamen Projekts, sondern auch um einen Ausblick auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit – denn diese soll künftig noch enger werden: Im Rahmen des Besuchs wurde eine Kooperationsvereinbarung unterzeichnet, die einen wichtigen Meilenstein bei der Stärkung unserer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit darstellt.

Wir bedanken uns bei unseren Gästen aus Südkorea für den offenen und konstruktiven Austausch – und vor allem für das Vertrauen in MAHA. Wir freuen uns darauf, gemeinsam an den Prüflösungen für die Fahrzeugsysteme von morgen weiterzuarbeiten!

From South Korea to the Allgäu – united by a common goal 🤝

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from the Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) to our headquarters in Haldenwang. The reason for their visit: KOTSA and MAHA are working together to develop advanced ADAS testing solutions based on the MAST (ADAS Function Test Bench), supporting the future of vehicle inspection and safety assessment.

Our conversations not only focused on the progress of the joint project, but also on what lies ahead, as there is way more to come: During the visit, KOTSA and MAHA signed a cooperation agreement, marking an important milestone in strengthening our long-term collaboration.

A big thank you to our guests from South Korea for the open and constructive exchange – and, above all, for the trust they have placed in MAHA. We look forward to continuing our work together and developing testing solutions for the vehicle systems of tomorrow!

Sometimes, it‘s about more than just equipment 🤞🏼

What started with a MAHA lift in a workshop on the other side of the world, eventually led Aaron from .au all the way to Haldenwang, Germany.

While travelling through Europe, he stopped by the MAHA headquarters to meet the people behind MAHA, take a look behind the scenes and see where the equipment he works with back home comes from.

So we grabbed coffee, showed him around and, of course, brought a camera along. 🎥

This reel isn‘t about specs, numbers or technical details. It‘s about the people, the passion and the connection behind the technology - from the Allgäu to Australia. 🤝
