I know this time it took me much longer than I told you, and I know some of you are waiting for the shop update. But I’m finally on the finish line.

I photographed some of the new pieces today and I think we’re about a week away from everything going online. So if you don’t want to miss it, make sure to sign up for the newsletter ♡

I’m really excited about this one. A lot of things will leave the shop and I’m reducing everything more and more to the pieces I truly love and want to continue making.

It feels like with every collection, another layer peels off. Things become clearer, quieter, more focused. And somehow, little by little, I’m getting closer to the essence of what I actually want to make.

We spend so much time thinking creativity is about making something for the outside world.

But sometimes the most important thing it creates is a clearer picture of ourselves.

What we’re drawn to. What we care about. What we keep coming back to. What feels like us.

The more you create, the more you recognize yourself in your own work.

This is a big part of what THE LEAP is about. Not becoming better at content. Becoming better at seeing what is already there and finding a way to make it visible.

I published my very first Substack.

A place for longer thoughts on creativity, visibility, making things, building a creative life and everything I keep thinking about in between.

The first one is called The Right Kind of Visibility, and it started with a thought I couldn’t quite let go of.

Very excited to finally have a place for thoughts that need a little more space.

You can read it now on Substack ♡

Turns out, I don’t want to keep things going.
I want to keep things growing.

More curiosity. More experiences. More life.

And maybe a little less editing my desires to fit what seems realistic.

Make something. With your hands, your head, your whole attention.

Not for the algorithm. Not for the outcome. Not even to be good at it.

Just to remember what it feels like to be completely inside something.

When I was a kid, my dad was building our house and I spent a lot of time with him on the construction site.

Whenever I got bored, I would sit upstairs with a little pad of paper and make tiny drawings. Nothing elaborate. I made them fast because, apparently, the making wasn’t even my favorite part.

I would take them outside, line them up by the road, put a little stone on each one so they wouldn’t fly away, and try to sell them.

My dad kept telling me: “No one is going to buy these. You need to put more effort into them.”

But I didn’t want to spend more time on the drawings.

I wanted to put them out there.

I wanted someone to see them, want them, choose them.

Looking back, I think I understood something before I had words for it:

Creativity, for me, was always a cycle.

Idea → make → show → desire → exchange → next idea.

I never wanted to just make things and keep them to myself.

I wanted to make something, create a little world around it, and invite people in.

Maybe selling was never separate from my creativity.

Maybe it was always part of it.

Maybe we should stop asking what’s realistic and start asking what would make us feel more alive.

NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION. I’m so deeply happy about this place. I really believe that sometimes we don’t find places, they find us. And I can feel how much in me softens and heals simply by being here. So, so, so grateful for this little world of mine. 🤍
