Fresh Mediterranean-Style Salad with Feta and Cashews

1. Rinse mixed greens thoroughly and let them drain. Wash the cherry tomatoes.

2. Chop the Vegetables:
* Thinly slice the red onion into half-moons.
* Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
* Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.

3. Spread a generous bed of the mixed leafy greens onto a ELEPHANT FEET MEDIUM PLATE.

4. Arrange the sliced red bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion evenly over the greens.
