Du möchtest dir einen Wohnheimplatz fürs Sommersemester 2027 sichern? 5 Dinge, die du wissen musst:

1. Vorab informieren: Checke die Vergaberichtlinie und den Bewerbungsprozess.

2. Bewerbungsstart: Mi., 11.11.2026, ab 9 Uhr. Wichtig: Für die Platzvergabe zählt das Datum, nicht die Uhrzeit.

3. Chancen erhöhen: Gib in der Bewerbung am besten mehrere Wohnformen & Standorte an.

4. Unterlagen parat haben: Es braucht nur wenige Dokumente für die Bewerbung, z.B. einen Scan deines Ausweises/Passes. Deine Zulassungs- bzw. Immatrikulationsbescheinigung kannst du später nachreichen.

5. Bestätigungs-Mail im Blick behalten: Wir prüfen deine Unterlagen und checken, ob du nach unserer Vergaberichtlinie wohnberechtigt bist. Das kann einige Tage dauern. Bewahre die Bestätigungsmail unbedingt auf. Sie enthält einen Link, um fehlende Dokumente nachzureichen.

Want to secure a place in the residence hall for the summer semester 2027? Here are 5 things you need to know:

1. Get informed in advance: Check the allocation directive and the application process.

2. Application start: Wed., Nov. 11, 2026, at 9 a.m. Important: The date, not the time, counts for the allocation of places.

3. Increase your chances: It is best to specify several housing options and locations in your application.

4. Have your documents ready: Only a few documents are required for the application, e.g., a scan of your ID card/passport. You can submit your admission or certificate of enrollment later.

5. Keep an eye on your confirmation email: We will review your documents and check whether you are eligible for housing according to our allocation directive. This may take a few days. Be sure to keep the confirmation email. It contains a link to submit any missing documents.

To celebrate the start of the new season, our “Mensa at Home” series brings a true canteen dish to your kitchen: our vegan gnocchi skillet with Hokkaido pumpkin. Just the thing for the colorful season. So: chop the pumpkin, toss the gnocchi in the pan and enjoy.🤤🍽️

Neues Semester, viele Lieblingsgerichte und natürlich jede Menge Hunger! 🤤

Damit ihr schon jetzt wisst, wann ihr in unseren Mensen schlemmen könnt, findet ihr alle Öffnungszeiten für das Wintersemester 2026/27 in unserem aktuellen Überblick.

Was bei uns so auf den Teller kommt? Einen kleinen Vorgeschmack darauf gibt’s direkt hier im Post. So viel sei gesagt: Bei uns kommt garantiert keine kulinarische Langeweile auf.😉

Für den täglichen „Was gibt’s heute eigentlich?“-Check könnt ihr jederzeit unseren Online-Speiseplan oder die App Mensa+ nutzen. Und wenn euch ein Gericht besonders gut schmeckt oder ihr noch Verbesserungspotenzial seht, gebt uns darüber auch gerne euer Feedback.📱👍

Ein kleiner Hinweis noch: Bevor wir ins neue Jahr starten, legen auch unsere Mensen eine kleine Pause ein: Am 21. und 22. Dezember bleiben sie wegen der Inventur geschlossen. Ab dem 23. Dezember verabschieden sich unsere Mensen dann in den Betriebsurlaub.

Wir freuen uns auf ein neues, leckeres, abwechslungsreiches, sattmachendes und rundum gut gewürztes Semester mit euch!🫶

New semester, plenty of favourite dishes and, of course, lots of hunger! 🤤

So you already know when you can stop by our canteens, you’ll find all opening hours for the winter semester 2026/27 in our current overview. Also there is a little sneak peek of our dishes in this post. One thing’s for sure: There’s definitely no room for culinary boredom around here.😉

For your daily “What’s on the menu today?” check, you can always have a look at our online menu or use the Mensa+ app. And if you particularly enjoy a dish or see room for improvement, you can also send us your feedback directly online or through the app.📱👍

One more thing: Before we head into the new year, our canteens are taking a little break too. They’ll be closed on December 21 and 22 for inventory. From December 23 onwards, our canteens will be taking their Christmas and New Year’s break.

We’re looking forward to a new, tasty, varied, filling and perfectly seasoned semester with you!🫶

2018 war es eine Idee. Dann kamen Abriss, Pläne, Genehmigungen, Bagger, Baustellenstaub, Grundsteinlegung und Richtfest. Es wurde gebaut, gewartet, weitergebaut und irgendwann war da tatsächlich ein fertiges Wohnheim.🏘️

Aus der Baustelle ist ein Ort geworden, an dem Studierende wohnen, lernen, gemeinsam kochen, feiern und einfach zuhause sein können. 423 Wohnplätze, sechs Communityräume und eine große Buche mitten im Hof. Realisiert werden konnte das Wohnheim dank einer Förderung aus Landesmitteln.🫶

In 2018, it was just an idea. Then came demolition, plans, permits, excavators, construction dust, the foundation stone ceremony and the topping-out ceremony. There was building, waiting and more building until, eventually, there was a finished residence hall.🏘️

What was once a construction site has become a place where students can live, study, cook together, celebrate and feel at home. 423 places to live, six community rooms and a large beech tree at the heart of the courtyard. The residence hall was made possible thanks to funding from the state of Brandenburg.🫶
