🔸 "Technical Office Manager" 🔸

🔳 REQUIREMENTS:
1- Supervising the design of products and work samples for all production stages in the factory, and specifying the technical specifications required for each output of the production stages.
2- Monitoring reports received from the factory manager regarding technical faults and interruptions resulting from product design problems, and directing and overseeing the design engineer in addressing those issues.
3- Monitoring reports received from the marketing and sales department, with a focus on tracking customer suggestions and requirements for the company's products, and determining the feasibility of implementing these suggestions and requirements at the production level, with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
4- Supervising the preparation of a report for the procurement department to specify the technical specifications for the materials and supplies to be purchased.
5- Reviewing reports from the customer service department to follow up on customer complaints and suggestions, and attempting to resolve customer complaints and implement suggestions.
6- Continuously developing and updating the technical specifications of products in accordance with the company's development policy.
7- Evaluating offers presented, whether for the production of parts or new products not manufactured by the company, specifying their technical specifications, and determining the feasibility of their ex*****on.
8- Supervising and ensuring the design of multiple versions of drawings and work samples, encoding and storing them in a way that facilitates reference during operation.
9- Ensuring that technical designs match customer specifications and requirements by reviewing designs executed by the technical engineer.
10- "10 years" at least of experience required.

🔳 REQUIREMENTS:
1. Designing products and work samples for all production stages and specifying the necessary technical specifications for each output of the production stages at the factory.
2. Reviewing offers and supply orders from a technical perspective received from sales, especially for the production of parts or new products not manufactured by the company, and specifying their technical specifications.
3. Creating multiple versions of drawings and work samples, encoding and storing them in a way that facilitates reference during operation.
4. Maintaining all necessary records related to models and drawings for each production stage and storing them on the computer.
5. Documenting all new information about the product in the form of guidelines for ex*****on and creating a historical archive for all company products.
6. Ensuring that technical designs align with customer specifications and requirements by reviewing executed designs.
7. Providing technical guidance and support to other departments.
8. "4 years" at least of experience required.
