من حق كل طفل الحصول على تعليم عالي الجودة... وهذا ما نعمل لأجله عبر برنامجنا التعليمي في "مركز فرد التعليمي" لأكثر من 850 طفل لاجئ بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر. ونحن نقدر المساهمة الكريمة من المدرسة الدولية: Cairo American College عبر توفيرهم أغلب المقاعد الدراسية الفردية ذات الجودة العالية في الفصول الدراسية بالمركز.





Its every child's right to have access good quality education...and that's what we try to achieve through our educational program in "Fard Educational Center" for more than 850 refugee children in 6th of October. We appreciate the generous contribution of the "Cairo American College (CAC)" for providing the majority of the center's furniture and class room desks with very high quality.

"راما عمرها عشر سنوات هي الصغرى بين أبنائي الأربعة. إخوة راما تأقلموا مع حياتهم الجديدة بسهولة مقارنة بها، هي واجهت صعوبة بعد ترك مدرستها في سوريا. لذا توجهنا قبل ثلاث سنوات إلى مركز فرد، الذي جعلها تشعر كأنها في مدرستها ولم تتغرب عن مجتمعها لوجود كادر تدريسي وزملاء أغلبهم سوريون، واليوم أنا موجود حتى أحصل على شهادة تفوق راما ضمن اجتماع أولياء الأمور." ~ عبد الرؤوف الخيمي.

عمل السيد عبدالرؤوف في التجارة بدمشق، لكنه خرج ضمن موجة اللجوء إلى مصر في عام 2013 بسبب سوء الأوضاع، حيث يصف خروجه: "ظننا أننا سنسافر لمدة ثلاثة أشهر ومن ثم سنعود إلى بلادنا.. لكن نحن الآن متغربون لأكثر من أربع سنوات ولا ندري ما هو قادم."

"Rama, who is ten years of age, is the youngest of my four children. Her siblings started to coup with their new life easily compared to her. For Rama, it was difficult to go back to her normal routine after leaving so quickly. Three years ago we went to Fard Educational Center to enlist her, gradually her life started going back to normal again. The staff and her fellow students, most of them being from the same country made her feel the comfort of her school in Syria. I am here to receive Rama's excellence academic progress report during the parent meeting."

Mr. Abd Alra'aof Alkhiami worked in the trading business in Damascus, in 2013 after the situation started escalating in his city, he decided to leave to Egypt. Speaking about his journey he said: "we thought it was going to be for a period of three months and we would go back to our country.. now four years have past, and we don't know what will come next."

"الشيء الوحيد اللي بحارب فيه وحدتي هو التطوع...
أنا سيدة سورية في الخمسينيات، عايشة لحالي، وصحتي ما بتساعدني كتير، بس أنا بحب إني ساعد ولاد بلدي وهالأمر بيساعدني لأتخطى وحدتي. وبكون مبسوطة كتير لما بشارك في معرض الملابس، وبشعر بالسعادة مع المتطوعين اللي بعتبرهم متل ولادي وبناتي". ~ منى ديراني، متطوعة في مؤسسة فرد.

“The only way to get over loneliness is by engaging in volunteer work...
I am a Syrian refugee lady in my 50s, living alone and suffering from old age illness. Yet, I feel so passionate about helping… as it helps me overcome my loneliness. Volunteering in the clothes fairs that Fard organizes and being in the company of the young volunteers whom I consider my children, bring me so much happiness". ~ Mona Dirani, a volunteer at Fard Foundation
