🔴 على الرغم من أن أمريكا تملك طاقة كافية بالكامل، إلا أنها لا تزال لا تستطيع تحمل ارتفاع أسعار النفط.

تنتج أمريكا حوالي 13.5 مليون برميل يوميا، وتصدر أكثر من 5 ملايين برميل يوميا، وتستورد كمية صغيرة من مضيق هرمز، منطقة الحرب الحالية.

حتى مع كل هذه الإحصائيات، سيواجه الاقتصاد الأمريكي مشاكل خطيرة بسبب ارتفاع أسعار الوقود.

لكن كيف؟

النقطة الأولى هي أن النفط يسعر عالميا.
إذا حاول ترامب قمع أسعار النفط الأمريكية بالقانون، سيبدأ منتجو النفط الأمريكيون في البيع خارج الولايات المتحدة بأسعار أعلى لكسب المزيد من المال.

حتى لو تمكن الجيش الأمريكي من وقف صادرات النفط، فإن الاقتصاد الأمريكي سيظل متأثرا بشدة.

أمريكا دولة تعاني من عجز تستهلك 25٪ من الإنتاج العالمي.
ارتفاع تكاليف الوقود سيدفع تلقائيا إلى ارتفاع أسعار السلع المستوردة، لذا حتى لو أنتجت أمريكا النفط، سيظل الأمريكيون مضطرين لدفع تكلفة أعلى لجميع السلع الأخرى.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يأتي 25٪ من إيرادات أكبر 500 شركة أمريكية من الأسواق الدولية. أسعار النفط المرتفعة ستؤثر بشكل كبير على هذا القطاع—فشركات مثل ماكدونالدز وستاربكس تشهد بالفعل مبيعات دولية أقل في السوق.

وأخيرا، ستدفع أسعار النفط المرتفعة عوائد السندات الأمريكية للأعلى، حيث تبدأ الدول الأجنبية في بيع احتياطيات خزانتها الأمريكية لدفع ثمن نفط أغلى.

تعني عوائد السندات الأعلى أن الاقتصاد الأمريكي القائم على المستهلكين سيتأثر بشدة، كما أن أسواقه المالية ستنخفض بشكل كبير أيضا.

لذا نعم، قد يكون الاقتصاد الأمريكي مستقلا عن نفط هرمز، لكنه ليس مستقلا عن آثاره الثانوية.
