Two Marbella areas. Which fits your family?
The school run. Groceries. An afternoon activity. One car to make it all work.
Before you fall in love with a home, try fitting an ordinary weekday around it.
Let’s use the same example in Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro: a school-age child, one car and three regular stops.
📍 NUEVA ANDALUCÍA
Considering Aloha College? Mark the school in El Ángel, Mercadona in Los Naranjos and Tennis Brothers in Aloha. Then add the address of the home you’re considering.
Could one adult manage the day while the other has the car?
📍 SAN PEDRO
For comparison, mark Laude in Nueva Alcántara, Carrefour Express on Calle Jaén and Palacio de Deportes Elena Benítez.
A shop around the corner is useful. You still need to check the school run from that particular home.
BEFORE THE VIEWING
• Check whether your preferred school can offer a place. • Test the morning journey, including parking and drop-off. • Walk the routes you’d use when the car is elsewhere.
Without a home address, there’s no honest journey-time estimate. But you can already decide which part of your day needs to be easiest.
Save this for your next viewing, or send it to the person you’re planning the move with. Would you both choose the same priority?
DM “FAMILY” to Join & Enjoy MARBELLA with your key daily journey and moving timeframe. I’ll send you the free family guide to help you start comparing areas.
