Fresh and vibrant colours characterise the exhibition “Surrealistic Soiree” at DOEN, a 1000m2 space that houses a design studio, a furniture shop and an art gallery. In this small universe, the passion for design can be found in every element, perfectly cared to stimulate individual creativity and arouse feelings. In addition to the Free System, already chosen for other exhibitions, the iconic Due Più and Menhir low table make the environment welcoming and sophisticated, thanks to their unique and unmistakable details. Nanda Vigo’s armchair, here in the rust-coloured Mongolian fur finish, perfectly matches the material sculpture “Siren” by Serge Game, while the irregular glass top of the low table reflects the light in a suggestive way. The avant-garde design of Acerbis allows the selected collections to create a harmonious dialogue with the works of art located in the space, including the large canvas “Trust Us” by Serge Game and “Notes on Dries” by Rotteveel Vermeer. The Witheley London. Designed to mirror the apartment’s interior elegance, the west-facing terrace of The Whiteley London is a private retreat that celebrates outdoor living. The sculptural form of Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby’s Tobi-Ishi marble table takes center stage, accompanied by the organic lines of Naoto Fukasawa’s Ayana sofa and armchair. Piero Lissoni’s Borea coffee table, along with Monica Armani’s Flair O’ Outdoor chair and Allure O’ Outdoor table, complete this serene setting, where nature and design coexist in perfect harmony.

Dedar New Collection. ICHI-GO ICHI-E
A colour of immediate impact, like the gestural strokes it expresses on an elegant basket weave. An instinctive brushstroke translates into a pattern of soft textural flock extending over an irregular ground, thanks to the artisanal technique of screen printing. Reflected in the dye and material is the powder pigment of Yves Klein blue. Matt colour contrasts with a naturally luminous ground, whose weave creates a subtle three-dimensionality.
