This season for me felt differently
Where you put your focus and Energy it will come out.

I love my work.
I love what I Do.
I feel blessed.
I feel grateful.
To be able to live where I feel home.
The Luxury to be Healthy.
To be able to share.
To hold space.

Once the season start my focus can be very much’s on being there for others.

This year I Felt I wanted to enjoy more.
Allow myself the luxury to receive.
To connect with dear souls.

Sorry if I had to say no when you wanted to book me.
But to be able to give I have to be the best version of Myself.

I always say India 🇮🇳 Transformed Mi.
But only to step out of My Life, out of the system I had to leave my country.
I had to leave my relationship.
I had to leave the system.
I had to have courage.
But what is ment to be will be.
I needed to follow my heart.
I needed to grow.
I needed to transform.

17 years of Holidays.
But in 2010 nothing was holding back any longer. I had to follow my heart.
Home is where the hearth is.

Looking back to a fruitful month.
With Retreats teaching yoga giving massages and my so loved returning and new clients. Season is almost over.

Today all went a little different than usual.. trying to fit in the perfect timing is some days more challinging..

Taking a moment for myself grounds Mi.
If I am grounded I can hold space for You and release You from tension and heavy energy.. some people arrive with a lot of emotional luggage.. heavy weight on their shoulders.. very tense jaws.. let’s not forget hips,lower and upper back..

Oh Yeah! I adopted a Boy a Man.
He was found on the street during Covid.
Rescued and after our 1st restrictions I could travel to pick him up.

Forever grateful.
He has a soul.
He feels Human.
He shows what it is to love and be loved.
He is my therapy dog.
He loves his massages and ask to be stroked.. calming down his nervous system and automatically yours.

Some of my clients ask me to bring him with me..

He is one small big cuddle lover..
