Last night in Hyères, MATTER and SHAPE hosted an opening cocktail at the Pour vous gallery, welcoming delegates, designers and industry leaders to celebrate the opening of the 20th edition of Design Parade.
The cocktail took place in the context of Archéologie du quotidien, the gallery’s latest exhibition featuring 30 emerging designers from the region.
The evening marked the third year of our partnership with villa Noailles and the beginning of our first (talks) program at the Robert Mallet Stevens-designed modernist villa.
As an official partner of the festival, MATTER and SHAPE continues to support emerging talent by inviting the winner of the Design Parade Grand Prize in the Object Design category to exhibit with us in Paris in March 2027, following our support of & (2025) and simon + (2026).
A special thank you to our partners:

Following OS.02 at MATTER and SHAPE (2026), Olfactory Signals returns to Milan for its third edition at 10 Corso Como.
From immersive installations and artist-led interventions to curated encounters with fragrance, design and culture, Olfactory Signals explores scent as a medium for artistic expression, dialogue and sensory discovery.
Across four days, brands, artists and thinkers come together within a carefully curated environment where fragrance becomes a catalyst for new perspectives and connections.
OS.03 evolves the radical spirit that defined OS.01 (2025) and OS.02, once again collaborating with Norwegian artist and smell researcher Sissel Tolaas (), who presents OPEN AI® French architect Octave Perrault (), treating the 10 Corso Como Rooftop not as architecture but as an interface with the sky — a field where air moves freely and carries information across space. Based on the premise that air and water are the last truly free elements, the installation is structured through distinct “pillow areas” nano-embedded with molecular compositions that correspond to light, temperature, movement, and time.
