Excellent progress has been made on our project near Pontypridd transferring this bungalow into a 6 bedroom detached house. The first floor will also have 3 bathrooms, a walk in wardrobe and study.

The vast majority of the structural work is complete including the new roof trusses.

The new slate roof is coming along nicely, adding both durability and timeless character to the build. Even better, the installation has been inspected by the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and compliance.

Big transformation underway

We’re taking a large detached property in a beautiful country setting and giving it a whole new lease of life — roof coming off, new floor added, and a brand-new slate roof on top.

A recently completed project in north Cardiff. The client needed an extra bedroom in their 3 bed semi detached property. The roof has been extended with a hip to gable and rear dormer. This has achieve a master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and shower room.

As part of the work the roof was completely renewed. Being members of the NFRC competent person scheme reassures our clients that the work has been carried out by highly skilled professionals.

Due to challenging site conditions we opted to utilise ground screws for the foundations. The superstructure was complete with foundations, insulation, cladding and roof finishes in 1 working week.
