UPDATE: The owner was able to find Gunner a home.
EDIT: The owner has a relative that has agreed to keep gunner in an outdoor lot temporarily to keep him from going to animal control. He is still in need of a good home. Please keep sharing!
Although we have listed this sweet boy multiple times, he has gotten no hits. He doesn't know why no one wants him. HE GETS SURRENDERED TO THE SHELTER MONDAY MORNING!!!! OWNER SURRENDERS ARE THE FIRST EUTHANIZED FOR SPACE!!!
DONT LET THIS BE Gunner's last weekend alive!!!
Gunner is still very worried about what his future looks like. 😭
The situation is urgent as his current owner cannot physically care for him very well due to mobility issues.
Gunner will be 3 years old the end of this year. He is a Labrador/ shepherd mix and weighs around 78 pounds.
He is an inside dog.
Adopter would need to be willing to walk/play with him outside a few times a day.
Gunner is house trained, crate trained, good with other dogs and kids, current on basic shots and neutered.
He comes with his indoor crate, toys, bed, blankets, and any dog food/treats still remaining in his current home.
His mommy says that he is spoiled and when not sleeping in his crate, sleeps in my bed with her and snores....but dog snores are cute.
If you can give Gunner the life he deserves, apply now for adoption. This is a community dog that we are helping facilitate a successful adoption for. There is no adoption fee.
