This week’s selection is a good reminder that old furniture need not all behave in the same way. We have a heavy oak farmhouse trestle dining table for the kitchen or dining room, an Edwardian glazed display cabinet with a slim footprint, and a carved Bevan Funnell blanket chest for practical storage. Alongside them are smaller character pieces: a Victorian adjustable piano stool, a child’s Windsor-style rocking chair and a framed vintage seascape.

It is a varied run of vintage and antique furniture and homeware, from useful everyday pieces to things with a little more presence. Open the individual photographs for further information on each item, or browse online and visit us in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire.
