Assistance in Court

nd dealing with the Family Courts. We are able to help with things like form filling (C100) etc., writing statements and schedules, as well as compiling evidence and providing packs (bundles), for the court. We will attend all court hearings with you and in some cases may be allowed to address the court on your behalf (given a right of audience). All of this can be a very daunting and challenging process, let alone an emotional one (WE KNOW!). We will be with you every step of the way and guide you in the processes and procedures needed to fulfil the courts requirements. Once taken on as our client (singed an agreed contract), you will be given a direct mobile telephone number to contact us on, which unless we are attending court or driving, will be switched on between 8am & 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am until 2pm weekends, (telephone conversation advise will be free of charge). Our prices are very reasonable and can be negotiated during our first free telephone consultation. We would advise however, that if you qualify for legal aid or you can afford a solicitor then you should have one. A contract must be singed before our first court attendance and any up front fees discussed should be paid at this time.
