5 years ago today I quit smoking, it was the best decision I ever made and I did it for my sons and my youngest who was due a couple of months later. A combination of ni****ne patches, gum and looking at this app which gave me the drive to quit for good.

Great to see the repair shop live with Alex was an absolute pleasure to get to meet all the experts Will, Steve, Lucinda and the teddy bear ladies amanda and julie back stage.
Also Can't forget what a fantastic job Sian (exec Producer/director) did as a presenter, 👏 well done everyone.
