What a fantastic 4 weeks we’ve had on our October evening reupholstery course 🙌🏻

Whether complete beginners or returners, our students have absolutely smashed their projects!
Lots of new skills learned, lots of fun (and coffee) had, whilst meeting lots of likeminded crafters!
What’s not to like!? 🤷🏻

Amazed by our fabulous students who completed their 4 week October evening project with a bang!
It’s hard to believe some came with no experience and left with a whole piece of furniture fully upholstered! 😄👍🏻

It’s been a whole lot of fun learning (or expanding) their upholstery skill set over the last 4 weeks and everybody getting to know their fellow students 🙌🏻

Our next evening course is in March so a little bit of rest but I’m already looking forward to it!

Halfway through our 4 week evening course and have been blown away with the amount the students have completed so far 😄👍🏻

There is some amazing furniture pieces being worked on (and stunning fabrics) with the majority having such a lovely sentimental value to them!
That’s what reupholstery is all about - bringing back to life a tried and trusted, much loved piece of furniture 🙌🏻

So as you know this page is predominantly about our Upholstery workshops but I do also offer a reupholstery service!

Just completed a fabbbulous glow up on this cosy living room chair using a Liberty William Morris fabric 🙌🏻
Nicola told me she has had this fabric ‘in her stash’ since she was a child so it’s so cool to finally see it released to its full potential 😄

Student shout out!

Week 1 of our October evening reupholstery complete 🙌🏻
Great to meet so many new students and also welcome back returners!
This includes Helen, who is one of my oldest (in workshops not age 😂) students, who completed her show stopping Wingback chair this week.
As you can imagine for a beginner this is a tricky and time consuming project but she absolutely smashed it! 👍🏻
