With support from our national sales team, our customers recognise the benefits of our experience and expertise in sourcing the desired furniture style within the available budget for each individual project. Our partners include some of the best UK & International interior designers along with selected manufacturers that can offer unusual and innovative styles of furniture to complement current interior design trends. For larger projects, where a bespoke element is required, Protocol also offers the flexibility to produce special design furniture in conjunction with our clients design brief and budget. All our furniture is designed to be stylish and durable and able to withstand the heavy use expected in contract environments. Protocol work closely with a wide range of fabric designers and suppliers to create the desired interior for each project. In addition we offer customised features on many of our products such as logo embroidery, bespoke fabrics and vinyl to personalise products on request. In the Hotel sector in particular, Protocol have had the pleasure to work with clients such as Hilton, Accor, Holiday Inn, Marriott, Hotel Indigo, Hallmark Hotels, Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, alongside many more leading names within the hospitality and leisure market. Other customers include Liverpool FC, Welcome Break, Coral Bookmakers, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Signature Senior Living and Anchor Care Homes. Now operating from new and larger premises with an extensive showroom and increased warehousing facilities, our service to clients is supported by a highly qualified and experienced installation team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification. We’re excited to showcase a project we worked on alongside We Are Grayland and RBH Hospitality The Municipal Hotel, Liverpool, a stunning five-star destination in the heart of the city. 🏨✨

Our bespoke tables, featuring a brass gold-effect base and Emperador metal tabletop, add an extra touch of luxury to the hotel’s elegant interior. 💫

Look at this stunning Restaurant project we collaborated on with Rob Jones at Bates Studio Featuring furniture pieces like Nivarana, Ramis, Meru L, and more, we crafted a dynamic and inviting space.

To enhance the vibrant atmosphere, Bates Studio incorporated a bold colour palette of warm yellows, rich oranges, and striking blues, all beautifully paired with dark wood for a cohesive and sophisticated look. The result is a lively yet sophisticated environment that radiates warmth and creativity.
