Sometimes you just have to stand back and appreciate the transformation. 👌✨

This GLC AMG came in for an enhancement detail and 12-month ceramic coating, and the end result speaks for itself.

I’m often my own biggest critic, always looking for the next thing to improve rather than taking a moment to appreciate the work that’s gone into a vehicle. But sometimes you step back, take it all in, and realise just how much of a transformation you’ve achieved.

The process, the attention to detail, and the trust my customers place in me make it all worthwhile.

The car in this video has ONLY been wet down with water — and this is where ceramic coating really stands out! 🛡️🚗

💧 CERAMIC COATING vs WAX — WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

Traditional wax gives your paintwork shine and a layer of protection, but it generally wears away much quicker.

A quality ceramic coating bonds to the paintwork, providing longer-lasting protection, impressive water-repelling properties and making the car easier to wash and maintain.

You’ve already had about 47 coffees by midday, fully aware that the caffeine crash is coming and you’ll be staring at the ceiling at 2am questioning every life decision you’ve ever made. 🤦‍♂️

You tell yourself, “Right, no more coffee today. I need to sleep tonight.”

Then a customer rocks up at 5pm and offers you a fresh brew…

And despite every demon in your head screaming “YOU KNOW WHAT THIS DOES TO YOU!”…

“Yeah, go on then, lovely. Two sugars?” ☕️😂

Honestly, I’m my own worst enemy. Someone needs to take the kettle off me. 🤣

Customer service goes a LONG way with me, especially when we’re talking about one of your leading suppliers! 👏

We don’t say thank you enough, and we don’t always show enough gratitude to the people and businesses who go that extra mile. So this is a little appreciation post for 🙌

We had a bit of a blip with a delivery, but honestly, the communication, troubleshooting and customer service from the guys has been absolutely spot on. They’ve gone above and beyond to get everything sorted, and even thrown in a couple of goodies for me to try out along the way! 💪

That sort of service doesn’t go unnoticed. Things can go wrong with any business, but it’s how you communicate, handle the situation and look after your customers that really matters.

So, a genuine thank you to the team at My Car Cleaning. Appreciate the effort, lads, and I’m looking forward to putting these new goodies to the test! 🔥

😂 THE CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES THAT KEEP ME ON MY TOES… 💀

Let me make one thing clear… I genuinely appreciate EVERY single enquiry that comes through. 🙌❤️

Big jobs, small jobs, full details, little maintenance washes — I treat everyone with the same intentions and love what I do!

BUT… 😂

When you’ve spent 7–10 days going back and forth discussing packages, paint correction, protection, and a potential detail running into THREE FIGURES… 👀💰

Only for the grand finale to be…

“Actually mate, can I just have a £5 wash? Any chance you can do tomorrow morning at 8? 🤣😭”

BRO… WE’VE HAD MORE CONVERSATIONS THAN I’VE HAD WITH MY OWN FAMILY THIS WEEK. 💀😂

And listen, there’s absolutely NOTHING wrong with wanting a basic wash! Every customer has different needs and budgets, and that’s completely fine. ❤️

It’s the little things that make a BIG difference. 👌✨

Anyone can clean a car, but it’s the extra mile, the intricate details, and the things most people wouldn’t even think to do that really make the difference.

Even down to giving a customer’s glasses a clean while we’re working on their vehicle. 👓🧼

It’s not about the big gestures. It’s about taking pride in what you do, looking after people’s belongings, and making sure every customer gets that little bit extra when they book in with DB Details.

Because for me, it’s never just about cleaning a car. It’s about the overall experience, the standard of service, and leaving people thinking, “That was worth every penny.” 🤝
