Neptune Hello, we are Neptune. It’s a pleasure to meet you. These are but a few of the things that make Neptune Bristol so special.

We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home. An historical Georgian building from the 1800s, a double-height gallery space that’s open and airy, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood light onto our Flower Shop, and a homely atmosphere to greet you at the door. You can find us, sitting pretty, in Bristol’s coveted Clifton suburb.

Inspiration for .cardona’s kitchen design came to her when she was on holiday in the South of France. The result is her unique Georgian-meets-Mediterranean style and a love for materials with real character to them:

“I really gravitated towards the softness of the natural materials, the matt satin finish of the worksurfaces and hardware, materials that really stand the test of time and get more beautiful with every mark and moment lived in the kitchen,” says India.

This 90 minute demo and tasting will give you a whistle-stop tour of all things fermented: we’ll look at how to make milk kefir, water kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut and miso, with an opportunity for tasting some of them too.

We’ll talk about what fermentation really is, why it’s something we should all know about, and how you can begin to incorporate these foods into your daily lives.
