♻️ Recycling doesn’t always mean the bin…

We recently had around 20 of our cardboard boxes reused by a local Beavers group and they put them to much better use than we ever could!

For their pirate themed sleepover, the kids turned them into pirate ship dens, decorating them however they liked and bringing them to life with their own creativity 🏴‍☠️

Safe to say it looks like they had an amazing time sailing the high seas!

It’s a great reminder that recycling can be creative, fun and community driven, not just separating waste.

If you’ve got materials lying around, think twice before throwing them away… someone else might turn them into something brilliant.

🎯 Attention to Detail Matters

When it comes to bespoke furniture, getting the finish right is just as important as the design itself.

For this project, we still had the original veneer sample from when the client ordered their furniture over 10 years ago. Rather than relying on guesswork, we carefully checked the sample was still an accurate match against their existing pieces.

This isn’t MFC — it’s real wood veneer, so colour, grain and tone all need to be considered to achieve a seamless result.

Once confirmed, we produced a larger sample panel to show exactly how the finished table will look.

Next step: we’ll take this into the client for final sign-off, ensuring everything is perfect before the furniture is cleared for manufacturing.

It’s this level of care and attention that ensures new furniture blends seamlessly with existing spaces — no compromises.
