Always striving to learn new skills and techniques that complement our existing knowledge. We are currently using our rapid prototyping 3d printers and CAD design to create a dry oil sump for the legendary Toyota 4age 20v Blacktop engine. This project will help us test our printers settings to produce even faster acceptable quality prototypes for mockups and trial fits and then once the clearances and fit are confirmed we go back into CAD and make the model suitable for creating a high quality pattern to move into the unknown for us attempting to cast the final sump in aluminium. There will be failed prints (there already has been) as we push the speed limits of the printers and there will almost certainly be failed attempts at casting but all part of the process.

Combining 3D printing with solid surface fabrication and Computer modelling we figured a way to display and protect these Carlos Sainz Dakar Rally race boots and gloves. Using 3d printed cradles for the boots and magnets embedded in the solid surface acrylic to secure the gloves vertically, everything is safely
displayed with no fixings, pins, straps or glue damaging the sports memorabilia items and better still the clear acrylic protective front panel is easily removable by sliding it out of a discrete slot in top of the display. 🇪🇸

We worked with Rachel and her team to take their concept ideas for the stylish office furniture, storage and display items to life. Using 3d CAD modeling and followed be making the bespoke items in our workshop in Brampton then installing on site.
