A renovation we completed a few years back and one we finally got the chance to return to and shoot properly this week.
A full transformation of the property — relocating the kitchen and converting the former garage to create a new open-plan kitchen and living space, forming the vaulted ceiling feature and introducing large sliding doors to open the house up to the outside.
The renovation also included a complete external re-render, new windows throughout, extensive internal works and plastering, along with a new driveway, fencing and patio.
Great to come back a few years later and see the finished home being lived in and looking every bit as good.

We carried out multiple bespoke works across this property, including the relocation of a conservatory to create a custom-built orangery, installation of a tailor-made lift shaft serving all three floors, and fully reconfigured room layouts complete with new en-suite bathrooms.
