This week, 20th-24th July, is Farm Safety Foundation - Yellow Wellies Farm Safety Week💛

For it's 14th annual campaign, Farm Safety Week is not about statistics... it's about people. The industry comes together to highlight the main challenges to addressing farming’s persistently poor safety record.

Yesterday our Coastal Challenge has helped to raise over £3,000 for the Farm Safety Foundation charity to continue to educate and challenge behaviours to risk taking and poor mental heath in the next generation of farmers across the UK.

Congratulations to Megan, our CAD Technician at Witheridge, who recently finished as runner-up Miss Great Britain Devon.

Megan held a Tea & Chinwag event at our South Molton store, raising money for Farm Safety Foundation. The event was incredibly impactful and highlighted how important it is to create opportunities for people to come together, talk, and support one another.

It was a great opportunity to promote our Coastal Challenge on Sunday 19th July, where colleagues across the business are walking the 630 mile route to raise money for Farm Safety Foundation.

Colleagues in our Leadership Development Programme recently explored our feed operation - gaining behind-the-scenes insight.

From raw materials being unloaded at Cattedown Wharf in Plymouth to seeing feed manufactured at Lifton Mill, the group gained appreciation for the dedicated teams and innovation that power our supply chain to support our farming customers💚
