Garage roof overhaul recently completed by the team

Well as you can see by the pictures this roof was long overdue for some tlc.
It had been leaking for so long that all the old chipboard deck had collapsed between the joists.

Total strip back to joists
New 18mm osb that was then primed.
2 layer high performance torch on felt ststem installed.
New chase cut
Ubiflex flashing installed and sealed.

Returning customer to have front dormer re-newed

These old style dormers where the water falls back towards the house were never a great design, so just like the rear dormer we done previously they wanted the same done to the front.

Full strip back to existing deck
Firring pieces added to tilt the roof forward
New 18mm osb deck
New 2 layer high performance torch on felt system installed.
New guttering added to the front and side cheek.

No more standing water and a roof that will last for many years to come.

Another recently completed flat roof by the team.

This roof had been overlaid numerous times but was still leaking and causing damp problems.

Removed all the old existing layers
Primed and prepped.
Grp drip edge added to protruding front bricks.
Full new 2 layer high performance torch on felt system installed.
New welted drips added at the back and the new grp trim felted in so as to stop any water soaking the bricks and causing damp in the bedroom.

Another couple of recent flat roofs completed by the team.

The garage had seen better days with sagging decking and leaking felt.

This required a full strip up back to joists.
New 18mm osb decking fitted that was then primed.
A new 2 layer high performance torch on felt system was then installed, that will now last for many years to come.

The extension part had only recently been done. Unfortunately very badly and leaked practically straight away.
On this we stripped off the existing felt back to the decking, primed and re-felted with a new 2 layer high performance torch on system.

Recently completed flat roof in Gt Horkesley.

Another roof that had seen better days.
The chipboard deck had given way in alot off places due to age and various leaks so was taken back to the original joists and replaced.

New 18mm osb deck
New chase cut and all fully primed.
Installation of a torch on high performance 2 layer felt system.
Newly formed welted drips to perimetre edges.
New ubiflex flashing installed.

This roof was poorly installed from the get go. Not only was it cracking in alot of places but also leaking badly into the quite recently finished extension.

Cleaned all the roof down
Wire brushed to remove any debris
Sanded so as give a key for new coating
Acetone wiped to remove any dust etc
A new specialised liquid rubber coating applied that will not crack or split.
